Climate data as a public good: TPI Centre insights in new Banco de España publication

TPI Centre Executive Director Carmen Nuzzo has contributed a chapter to a new Banco de España Occasional Paper, Climate Risk and Sustainable Finance: Bridging Policy, Research and Practice. The paper brings together contributions from the high-level conference of the same name, held at Banco de España in Madrid on 25 March 2026. The TPI Centre supported the conference alongside the Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) and the Centre for Economic Transition Expertise (CETEx) at LSE.
Carmen’s chapter, “Comparable, forward-looking, independent climate data as a public good: Lessons from the TPI Global Climate Transition Centre,” draws on her participation in the conference’s first session, “Climate Data and Analytical Tools.”
